少精弱精 现代年轻人真的是很常见，我朋友就去看过，医生说一半以上来看的都是这个问题。少 弱不代表不行，活力不足 量少而已。 一个是食物上补充一些，生大蒜，生蚝（生吃）等等，去一次中医，会告诉你的。至于中药调理，看你自己需要了，毕竟是药三分毒。另外，你老婆也得检查，是否有她的原因。还有个就是，老婆排卵期前一周禁欲，千万忍住，射后别让老婆去洗，双腿抬起 架在墙壁上保持10分钟，别完事就去洗澡上厕所。祝你早生贵子 哈哈
